ABOUT OZ
Oz Lancaster is the Founder and Creative Director of OS Designs and Partners Ltd, a London-based interior architecture and design studio located in Chelsea Harbour.
With roots in both Cyprus and London, Oz’s design philosophy is shaped by the dialogue between Mediterranean warmth and the refined cosmopolitan rhythm of London. Her work is deeply narrative-led, grounded in the belief that interiors should not simply be designed, they should be felt. Every space is approached as a personal story, carefully curated to evoke emotion, create connection, and elevate the way people experience everyday living.
After completing her degree in Interior Architecture, Oz continued her studies with a Master’s Degree in Furniture Design from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College. This multidisciplinary foundation continues to define her approach today, where architecture, interiors, bespoke furniture, materiality, and atmosphere are considered as one seamless language.
Through OS Designs & Partners, Oz has delivered a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial, yacht, and architectural projects across Europe and the Middle East. Her work is recognised for its conceptual depth and refined individuality, spaces that feel timeless yet entirely unique to the people who inhabit them. Rather than following trends, Oz creates environments with identity; interiors that are layered, emotionally intelligent, and deeply personal.
Her philosophy centres around individuality. No two projects are ever approached the same way. Each design is elevated through a highly tailored process that responds intuitively to the client’s lifestyle, aspirations, and emotional connection to space. Texture, proportion, craftsmanship, light, and atmosphere are thoughtfully orchestrated to create interiors that feel effortless, elegant, and enduring.
Travelling frequently between her London base and international projects, Oz draws continuous inspiration from different cultures, architecture, and ways of living. This movement creates an ongoing cultural dialogue within her work, balancing the sophistication of contemporary European design with the warmth, materiality, and relaxed sensibility of Mediterranean living. The result is a design language that feels refined yet inviting, architectural yet emotionally grounded.
